GC pharma was founded in 1992 under the name Albarkat Pharma. Since then the company has been put into operation, then it has gradually created relational channels in the field of health through the delivery of medicines at that time.

Following the growing demand for various pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products, the company, in 2004, experienced an unprecedented expansion which was marked by the change of the name from Albarakat pharma to the chinguitty pharma group as well as the creation of new subsidiaries for dental products and medical equipment.

In 2009 the group announces the creation of a new subsidiary which is that of cosmetics and immediately after creates the veterinary subsidiary given the demand for veterinary products which has been steadily increasing.

The year 2013 was special for the group due to the obtaining of the international quality trophy, delivered by the CEO of the GLOBAL LEADERS CLUB, in Paris.

The group has requested a specialized certification body for pharmaceutical establishments, after having provided the required set of documents and undergone a careful examination of all the improvements made to ensure that everything complies with the standards in force. Indeed, it was only in 2017 that we obtained our ISO 9001 certificate.

The year 2019 was marked by a revolutionary event never known in the country, in which GC pharma acquired an authorization to build a drug production plant, and the production is envisaged in the year 2023.
